I invite you to my flat in Lavapiés, Madrid. A cozy, fully renovated flat in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with numerous bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. You'll also be surrounded by the vibrant theatrical energy, with the iconic Teatro Sala Mirador and the prestigious Cristina Rota School of Dramatic Art right next door, where talents such as Penélope Cruz and Pedro Almodóvar have made their mark.

The space

In a quiet finca dating back to 1885, you will find my flat in Madrid's heart. This accommodation offers a comfortable sleeping room for a full rest after a day of exploring the city.

The living room is a cosy space where you can relax and enjoy quiet moments sitting on the chaise longue sofa and watching a movie on the smart TV.
In the same room, you will find the dining area with a table for 4 people, where you can enjoy a meal or an aperitif with your partner or friends.

I have prepared the kitchen so that you will find it fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favourite meals during your stay.

The bathroom, functional and modern, with a shower, washbasin and toilet, will provide you with all the necessary comforts.

Last but not least, the cleaning in this house is carried out to the highest quality standards in an attempt to leave you with an impeccable space.

House rules

I kindly ask guests to treat the accommodation normally and respectfully, as well as the neighbors of the building.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Please avoid staining sheets, towels, or other fabrics with body fluids or make-up as an additional cleaning charge will be applied.

Please be considerate of noise and avoid making noise after 22:00 and during siesta time (14:00 to 16:00).

Please treat the house and furniture with respect.

I urge you to make responsible use of water, electricity and gas.

Guest access

You will enjoy full access to all the amenities of my property.

I will provide you with hand and shower towels, bed linen, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo for your stay. In addition, you will find coffee, salt, pepper, etc. on the property for possible use in the kitchen.

In winter you will be covered by electric heating and in summer, although the flat is very cool, you will have a fan at your disposal.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater which will be enough for 3 persons to take a shower and use it.

During your stay, I will be available to answer any questions or attend to any needs you may have. You can contact me via the Airbnb chat or through the phone number I will provide you once the booking is confirmed. I will be happy to provide you with all the information and services you need to make the most of your stay in my apartment.

Other things to note

PARKING
It is important to take into account the access and parking restrictions in the Lavapiés neighbourhood, where your flat is located.

According to current regulations, private vehicle access to this area is restricted. You are required to park your car in a nearby car park, unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle.

Restrictions are usually in effect from certain times of the day, for example, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is important to take this information into account when planning your arrival by car.

Los anfitriones fueron súper amables, siempre al pendiente de que todo estuviera bien y dando recomendaciones para una mejor estancia. La ubicación es excelente, súper cerca de restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados y el metro de lavapies. Lo único que podría añadir es que si tienes el sueño ligero los vecinos todo el tiempo están haciendo ruido con las puertas y elevadores. Pero fuera de eso los anfitriones fueron de lo más amigables que he encontrado y el lugar es perfecto para conocer Madrid. ☺️

This is an extremely clean and well equipped apartment. It’s in a great, safe, city center neighborhood. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would like more fresh air though. It’s at the ground floor of an enclosed court (only open at the top, 5 or so floors up). Even so, we were happy with our stay.

Un apartamento muy bien ubicado y muy tranquila la zona. Accesible. Era acogedor y muy limpio, cuidando los detalles. La estancia ha sido agradable. De 10 con un poquito menos de ruido de los vecinos al llegar y un poco más de luz natural. ¡Para repetir!

This is a wonderful apartment on the ground floor with easy access, very well equipped with everything you could need. It is compact and tastefully decorated. It is located in the heart of Lavapies, a wonderful multicultural neighbourhood with loads of restaurants, shops, art galleries and theatres, and a few minutes walk from Atocha station for rail connections. The stand out for me was the helpful and attentive Gianluca, who communicated promptly and ensured everything was perfect. Gianluca also agreed to store our bike boxes that we sent to him ahead of our arrival ready for our return home - now that is going the extra mile for a guest! I can highly recommend Gianluca and his apartment.
