1 Bathroom This bright and cozy 45m2 flat is located in the Delicias neighborhood in Madrid. The flat is located 18 minutes by metro from Callao, the city center. The closest stop is Delicias, just a 7-minute walk from the door of the apartment. The Prado Museum and Atocha train stations are just a 15-minute walk from the flat. With a capacity for up to 3 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

In a completely refurbished building, very quiet and with a lift, you will find my flat.
As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces:
- A living room area with a sofa bed (110x200) and Smart TV.
- A dining area with a table for 4 people
- An independent and fully equipped kitchen
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
- 1 bathroom with shower
The flat has air conditioning inside the sleeping room, which will be enough to cool the rest of the rooms.
It is a warm and cosy space, well-used and orientated to provide you with the best stay for a maximum of 3 guests.
The flat is very luminous, it has been totally conditioned, decorated and furnished in a modern style with the intention to offer you a pleasant stay and to make you feel at home.

Enjoy pleasant strolls through its tree-lined streets and discover charming local squares.
Delicias is famous for its quiet atmosphere and its proximity to parks and green spaces. Within walking distance is Madrid Rio, a beautiful park along the Manzanares River, ideal for relaxing, playing sports and enjoying nature.
You can also visit the Enrique Tierno Galván Park, a green oasis with large gardens, picnic areas and a planetarium where you can explore the universe.
In addition, you will be surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars and local shops where you can savour Madrid's gastronomy and discover unique products.
If you are passionate about culture, the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía or the Museo del Prado, one of the most important art museums in Madrid, are within walking distance of the accommodation.

ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire property.
INCLUDED
I will provide for your stay, hand and shower towels, bed linen, hand soap, shower and shampoo.
I'll leave you coffee, tea and infusions for breakfast and for the film buffs, some corn and a popcorn machine.
You will also find oil, salt, pepper and sugar for different uses in the kitchen.
HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
The house has gas heating for the winter and split air-conditioning for the summer which will work for the whole house.
HOT WATER
The hot water is provided by a gas boiler.
PARKING
Parking in the area is only allowed for 2 hours (green lines) or 4 hours (blue lines).
The timetables of the parking lines are as follows.
GREEN LINES: Monday to Friday, not public holidays: from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Saturdays: from 9 am to 3 pm. August (Monday to Saturday, not public holidays): from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. 24 and 31 December: from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
BLUE LINES: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays: 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. Saturdays: from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The month of August (Monday to Saturday, not public holidays): from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Nearby closed car park: You will find a closed paying car park called Parking Delicias 24H - at Paseo de las Delicias, 82, 28045 Madrid.
During your stay, if you have any questions or needs, you can contact me via Airbnb chat or my phone number that I will give you once you have made your booking.
Through these channels, I will provide you with all the info or services you need to enjoy your stay.
For guests with a baby who require a cot and bed linen, an extra charge of €25 will be required. I apologize if this cost does not appear at the time of booking, but this is because Airbnb does not offer the option of extra cost per baby as well as it does for extra adult/child guests.
If the arrival time will be after midnight, please read carefully the house rules to be coordinated :)
For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travellers for the legal registration of travellers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival through an online registration.
Failure to provide the requested data before arrival will result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.

It is also in a secure building with lots of charm. Gianluca was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered questions. We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

November 2022El apartamento muy lindo , muy cómodo , limpieza súper bien , bien ubicado para lo que necesitaba. pero sucedió un inconveniente con el sistema digital para entrar .. no funcionó .. y la única solución que me dió para abrir el apartamento fue el que yo fuera a recoger las llaves a otra dirección. por q esa era la única solución q me daba. y me dió cosa q me cancelara y ya sobre el día a dónde más iba a conseguir reserva.?? acepte ir por ellas y el inconveniente es que yo estaba sola con dos maletas .. y volver a salir pedir el taxi ir regresar .. fue muy incómodo. claro el anfitrión me devolvió el valor del taxi ... pero después de un viaje quieres descansar ..no ir por las llaves tu misma. regresaría solo si tiene el sistema de abrir que funcione.

November 2022El piso de Gianluca es perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid, pequeñito pero muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia encantadora. Además cuenta con calefacción tanto por radiador como de split, que hacen que el piso esté calentito las noches frías. También está muy bien comunicado, con varias paradas de autobús cercanas, el metro de Delicias a menos de 10minutos y la estación de Atocha a 15minutos andando. Gianluca ha sido muy amable y flexible tanto en la llegada como en la salida, pendiente de que todo estuviera bien y mi estancia fuera perfecta, ha sido un placer tratar con el. Resumiendo, ha sido una estancia maravillosa y repetiré sin dudar cuando vuelva a Madrid.

The localisation is perfect for walking and it's very close to underground, wery god comunicated with airport. Nearby we find delicious restaurants, we especially reccomend La Perla with delicious tapas and the best Pulpo we ever eaten.

May 2023We visited Madrid for the tennis and a city break, Gianluca’s place was the perfect spot between the Magic box and the city centre. The area has loads of restaurants to chose from and two tube stations within 500 metres for easy travel, but equally everywhere is walkable so you can enjoy Madrid The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all the needed amenities for our stay. We loved it. Gianluca was very helpful and replied quickly to any of our questions and offered us local tips. We will definitely return if we come back to Madrid

The location is great, about a 15-minute walk from Atocha train station, very convenient to the Delicias metro stop, and walkable to the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia museums. The apartment was in great condition and spacious enough for the 2 of us. Lots of room to hang and store clothes and belongings. It’s a nice building with an elevator, which is great, considering that the unit is on the 4th floor. We truly appreciated the washer and dryer, and the filtered water pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch. We would stay there again and highly recommend it!

July 2023Wir hatten (zu dritt) ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Madrid. Die Wohnung ist in makellosem Zustand und eine der hochwertigsten Airbnb Unterkünfte in denen ich je gewohnt habe. Sie ist vom Bahnhof Atocha zu Fuß in ca 20 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Metro oder Bus geht's natürlich noch schneller. Gianluca war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der viel voraus- und mitgedacht hat. Mit drei Personen könnte es auf lange Sicht vielleicht etwas eng werden, aber für ein längeres Wochenende überhaupt kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

September 2023Gianluca flat is in a great location , close to the metro stop and then only 10/15 minutes to the centre of Madrid, it's also easily walkable. The neighbourhood is great with supermarkets and cafes nearby, and the ice cream parlour at the end of the street is great too! The apartment is a good size for a couple and well organised and has everything you need and if we did need anything else, Gianluca was always really quick to respond. We know Madrid well already but Gianluca gives lots of advice and recommendations on places to go, which would be great if it was your first time in the city. At the end of our stay on our last day , when our flights were cancelled last minute (due to the UK air traffic control computer crash!) Gianluca was quick to respond when we contacted him from the airport and sorted out so we could stay one more night! I would definitely recommend Gianlucas place to anyone visiting Madrid!

September 2023I have just reviewed Gianlucas place as we had a great stay there during our long weekend in Madrid ( you can probably see that review just before this one!) But this is just a short additional review to say a thank you to Gianluca for helping us out and sorting out for us to be able to stay an additional night when we contacted him pretty tired and stressed after several hours at Madrid airport when our flights back to London were cancelled last minute due to the air traffic control computer crash! As I said in my last review the location, the flat and Gianluca were all grea,t but more than anything when we contacted him in a bit of a mess, when our flight back to London was cancelled last minute ( as we were boarding),with no other flights back to the Uk that day, Gianluca replied very quickly and said not too worry and arranged for us to be able to check straight back in for an additional night!
