We ask that you respect our house rules, which are designed to ensure a luxurious and comfortable experience for all our guests.
All house rules are detailed below:
- Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00 maximum. This is because we need to be able to clean the property for the next guests who like you will want to come in from 16:00 and no later.
- Smoking is ABSOLUTELY forbidden.
- It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or ashes on the floor of the terraces, in the swimming pool or other places.
- Rubbish must be disposed of according to the instructions posted on the fridge in the house. Outside you have rubbish bins of each colour according to the rules of the town hall of Dolores. The rubbish bins are left outside in the street so that the rubbish can be collected in the morning.
- Furniture may not be moved from the house to other parts of the house.
- Remember that it is not allowed to make noise outside after 23:00 so as not to disturb the rest of the neighbours.
- Remember that any stains on towels, sheets and other textiles such as sofas, carpets, etc. will be charged from the deposit.
- Be careful with plates, glasses, etc. to break them, as well as with the rest of the electrical appliances in the kitchen.
- Turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home.
- Remember that when you leave the keys must be returned to the cleaning staff who will have to check the house before leaving.

September 2023El sitio perfecto para descansar! Reconozco que me generó dudas alquilar el alojamiento al carecer aún de reseñas publicadas y no puedo estar más contenta con mi decisión. La casa es de obra nueva, decorada y equipada con gusto y calidad hasta el más mínimo detalle. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad, pero no esperabamos que la equipacion de la casa fuera tan top! Elegante, moderna y lujosa, con todo lo que se necesita tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Cocina con muchisimos electrodomésticos, menaje y vajilla todo nuevo a estrenar y con todo lo básico para cocinar como sal, especias, aceites etc. El dormitorio en planta baja con vestidor y baño simplemente espectacular ???? Zona de lavandería con lavadora, secadora, tendedero y todos los productos necesarios. La piscina privada es perfecta y el jacuzzi una gozada! Las noches en la zona exterior han sido una verdadera maravilla! En definitiva hemos estado increíblemente contentos y ojalá podamos repetir la experiencia!
