Welcome to our charming vacation home in Morata de Tajuña, where tradition and charm blend to offer an unforgettable experience!

This historic residence from the early 1900s, meticulously renovated, embraces the spirit of the old noble houses of the village, proudly showcasing its characteristic rustic style.

Featuring three cozy bedrooms, the ground floor hosts a double room with the versatility to convert two single beds into a queen-size bed, providing comfort and flexibility for our guests. Meanwhile, upstairs, two more treasures await a master bedroom and a single room, each infused with its unique charm.

In addition to these intimate spaces, our home accommodates those seeking a restful break with a comfortable sofa bed for an extra guest. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor, with relaxing showers, ensure comfort and privacy for all visitors.

Brightness floods every corner of this abode, illuminating its stone walls and highlighting the meticulous attention to detail in its decor. Nestled on a tranquil street in the picturesque village, it offers guests the serenity they crave to unwind and relish in memorable moments.

The neighbourhood

House located in the center of Morata de Tajuña, a municipality just 27 km from Madrid city center.

Situated on a quiet street in the heart of the town, close to shops. Next to renowned pastry shops known for their chocolate palmiers.

Nearby tourist destinations include the town of Chinchón, the Warner Bros amusement park, and leisure areas as well as shopping centers in Rivas Vaciamadrid (a 15-minute drive away).

1. Do not exceed the allowed number of guests.
2. Avoid making noise during sleeping hours and refrain from disturbing neighbors, both inside the property and in common areas.
3. Vacate the house at the specified check-out time.
4. Dispose of trash before leaving the premises.
5. Notify the responsible person of any damage or incidents concerning the property; otherwise, repair or replacement costs will be charged.
6. Pets are not allowed access.
7. No smoking inside the property.
8. Use appliances and installations responsibly and following the instructions provided.

Casa muito agradável! Localizada na zona central, restaurantes, pastelarias, supermercado ..tudo perto. Lugar de garagem para 1 carro. Parque Warner a 20minutos de carro. Centro de Madrid a 25minutos de carro.
