* Out of respect for our neighbours, no pets, no parties, no noise after 23:00.

* The maximum capacity is 5 people.

* Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am.

* Take care of every corner of this house as if it were your own, it is a space full of love and we expect you to treat it with the same respect!

* Maintain harmony: Please be considerate of your neighbours and avoid making noise on the stairs so that we can all enjoy a peaceful environment!

* For security reasons, we ask that you do not leave your luggage inside the building's doorway.

La ubicación del departamento es excelente: se puede llegar caminando a muchos de los principales puntos de interés de Madrid en menos de 30 minutos, además de tener muchas opciones cerca. La cocina está bien equipada, refrigerador amplio y máquina de café, lo cual hizo las mañanas más prácticas. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia general no cumplió del todo las expectativas. Aunque las fotos corresponden al lugar, están tomadas de forma que el departamento parece mucho más amplio de lo que realmente es. Las habitaciones secundarias son bastante pequeñas y con espacio muy limitado; incluso abrir una maleta en el piso era complicado. No lo recomendaríamos para dos personas por habitación. El departamento cuenta con dos baños, pero en la práctica solo uno resulta funcional, ya que el segundo es extremadamente pequeño. Además, al intentar usar ambas duchas al mismo tiempo, una de ellas se quedaba sin agua caliente. También es importante considerar que no tiene elevador.

La casa estaba muy bien ubicada. La única pega un poco más grande es el colchón de una de las camas, estaba un poco hundido por zonas. Las literas hacen un poco de ruido. El resto muy bien.

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Iedereen kon zijn eigen plekje opzoeken. Fijn dat er ook 2 badkamers zijn met 3 meiden in de middelbare school leeftijd. Lekker centraal gelegen en met de voet was je zo op allerlei plekken in de stad. Echt een aanrader.

The place’s location is extremely convenient - right in the centre of all things. 10 min to Prado, 10 min to main squares. The host is amazing and very helpful. It’s quiet and clean. There are few things I would like to mention: 1. Two shower rooms are actually adjusted and SO tiny you have to squeeze yourself in one of them. I wish it was stated in the description. 2. There is a very strong smell from sewage in the shower rooms so if the door isn’t shut it smells all over the place. And the door is in the kitchen. 3. There is only one bedroom which is normal human size, the other two are like train compartments. And there are no windows in those. So if two people would be sleeping there it could be difficult as the air is scarce. 4. It would be nice to have at least two sets of keys. As well as to know in advance that you have to go in the nearby locker to get it. But those are minor issues and liveable with. The whole experience is amazing.
