* Out of respect for our neighbours, no pets, no parties, no noise after 23:00.

* The maximum capacity is 5 people.

* Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am.

* Take care of every corner of this house as if it were your own, it is a space full of love and we expect you to treat it with the same respect!

* Maintain harmony: Please be considerate of your neighbours and avoid making noise on the stairs so that we can all enjoy a peaceful environment!

* For security reasons, we ask that you do not leave your luggage inside the building's doorway.

The place’s location is extremely convenient - right in the centre of all things. 10 min to Prado, 10 min to main squares. The host is amazing and very helpful. It’s quiet and clean. There are few things I would like to mention: 1. Two shower rooms are actually adjusted and SO tiny you have to squeeze yourself in one of them. I wish it was stated in the description. 2. There is a very strong smell from sewage in the shower rooms so if the door isn’t shut it smells all over the place. And the door is in the kitchen. 3. There is only one bedroom which is normal human size, the other two are like train compartments. And there are no windows in those. So if two people would be sleeping there it could be difficult as the air is scarce. 4. It would be nice to have at least two sets of keys. As well as to know in advance that you have to go in the nearby locker to get it. But those are minor issues and liveable with. The whole experience is amazing.
