With 150 m² of space designed for comfort and relaxation, our house is the ideal retreat for up to 4 people. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms promise rest and privacy, while the open-plan kitchen and living room offer the perfect place to gather and share. The terraces, one overlooking the pool and the other next to it, are the ideal setting to enjoy the warm weather, whether sunbathing or enjoying an outdoor barbecue. The modern, yet cosy décor creates an ambience that will make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door.
Rojales is a little haven of tranquillity, where life flows to the gentle rhythm of the Mediterranean countryside. Here, the community is warm and welcoming, and the natural surroundings provide a stunning backdrop to your stay. From mountains and valleys to citrus orchards, the landscape around Rojales is a constant reminder of the beauty and serenity that life has to offer.
In our efforts to ensure a unique and pleasant experience for all our guests, as well as to preserve the quality and ambience of our property, we have established some essential rules. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation:
No Smoking: To ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Pets and Parties: In order to maintain peace and order, no pets, parties, or noise disturbing the peace after 23:00 hours.
Maximum Capacity: For comfort and safety, the maximum occupancy of the property is 4 persons. Please respect this limit to ensure a pleasant stay for all.
Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in can take place from 4:00 pm, allowing our team to prepare the house to perfection for your arrival. Check-out must be before 11:00 am, in order to be able to properly welcome the next guests.
Property Care: This house is a home full of love and dedication. We ask that you treat every corner with the same respect and care as if it were your own, thus contributing to the preservation of a welcoming and pleasant environment for future guests.

You will have exclusive access to the entire property, including our private swimming pool, where days are spent cooling off and relaxing in the sun. The house is equipped with all modern comforts, from air conditioning to Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring that every moment of your stay is comfortable and convenient. The terraces offer private spaces to enjoy the outdoors, whether it's dining under the stars or simply relaxing with a book.

Located in the quiet municipality of Rojales, our home combines the serenity of a private retreat with the convenience of being just 13 minutes' drive from the beach and 35 minutes' drive from the vibrant centre of Alicante. Within walking distance, you'll find local attractions such as the AquaPark and the Rodeo Caves, as well as free public parking and easy access to public transport, making exploring the surrounding area simple and effortless.

December 2024Had a great stay, close to everything that we needed, didn’t get to use the pool as the weather was too cold, but it looked great and was very clean Communication was excellent and getting into the villa was very easy because of the lock box. October 2024Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in deze woning. Echt alles wat je nodig hebt is hier aanwezig. Je voelt je helemaal thuis met alle voorzieningen. Airconditioning, de apparatuur in de keuken, parkeren voor de deur, televisie waar ik mijn Chromecast op kon aansluiten, snel internet en heel veel kastruimte voor je kleding. Ik zou niet aarzelen de woning nog een keer te boeken. Gianluca is een superhost. We hebben een aantal keer contact gehad en dat verliep steeds snel en vriendelijk.

September 2024We hebben erg genoten. Het huis heeft een goede indeling met twee badkamers , eigen zwembad en een fijn terras om gezellig te zitten. In de keuken is alles aanwezig, met ook een vaatwasser

September 2024Great place, has everything you need to self cater. We hired a car and that allowed us to easily visit Alicante and Mercia which are both 40 mins away. Private pool was amazing. Gianluca is very responsive and answered and questions we had. Cant recommend enough

July 2024We had a fab time at the villa, peaceful and relaxing. Gianluca was always at hand with any questions we had, no matter how small they were. The area is lovely and quiet but only a few minutes drive to bars and restaurants. We did venture out a few times but in all honesty, we couldn't wait to get back to the villa as we enjoyed it that much. Thanks so much, we will definitely be returning

June 2024Wir haben 10 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles war sauber als wir ankamen und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet im ruhigen rojales. Perfekt zum entspannen und eine gute Zeit zu haben. Man hat auch den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse. Gianluca war immer gut zu erreichen und antwortete sehr schnell. Einzige Verbesserungen wären, dass es leider nur 2 Liegen gibt obwohl das Haus für 4 Personen ist und 2 mal die Woche morgens um 7 und für den Pool vorbeikommt, was uns leider vorher nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

April 2024Leider kein beheizter Pool. Strand ist etwa 15-20 Minuten entfernt, je nach dem, wo man hin möchte. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Staubsauger funktionierte leider nicht. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es noch Spülmaschinentabs und Müllbeutel gegeben hätte. Dieses für wenige Tage zu kaufen, macht wenig Sinn. Aber wir hatten alles in allem einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus und immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung erhalten.
