No Smoking: To ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Pets and Parties: In order to maintain peace and order, no pets, parties, or noise disturbing the peace after 23:00 hours.
Maximum Capacity: For comfort and safety, the maximum occupancy of the property is 2 persons. Please respect this limit to ensure a pleasant stay for all.
Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in can take place from 4:00 pm, allowing our team to prepare the house to perfection for your arrival. Check-out must be before 11:00 am, in order to properly welcome the next guests.
Property Care: This house is a home full of love and dedication. We ask that you treat every corner with the same respect and care as if it were your own, thus contributing to the preservation of a welcoming and pleasant environment for future guests.

August 2024Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en el apartamento de Luca. Es un anfitrión atento y que contesta rápidamente.Las fotos son tan como se ve en el anuncio.. Todo estaba super limpio y super equipado(creo que es el airbnb más equipado que he visto o que he estado. Sí es verdad que le falta un enchufe en la zona izquierda de la cocina ya que si no es microondas tapa la vitro y no puedes hacer dos cosas a la vez. El baño tiene una puertecita que si que guarda algo de humedad y habría que mejorar el olor de esa zona. Por lo demás,el airbnb está alejado en una zona tranquila,puedes oír el ruido de animales pero nunca de personas. Un placer!!

July 2024It's a nice modern apartment with fast wifi, plenty of hot water, and it's not far to walk to the food shop (Hiperdino El Batten) or Triana and the old town. The bus stop (Bus no 7) is also nearby. You can see the sea and the cathedral from the sitting room window if you are standing up. The same sea view is also visible from the bedroom window. There are fly screens on the windows, which I always appreciate. The electrical wall socket above the kitchen workstop was located too far away to plug in the microwave, so I had to move the microwave onto the top of the kitchen hob so that it could be plugged in to the socket near the hob, which is not sensible. It means that you can't use the hob and the microwave at the same time. I hope the host provides an extension lead for the microwave, or adds a wall socket in a better position, before I come again. I thought it was a strange ommission. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at the apartment and would like to come again.

July 2024Die Wohnung war sauber und neuwertig. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Fußläufig in der Umgebung zur Wohnung war immer ein Parkplatz am Straßenrand zu finden. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei der Santa Ana und unzähligen Restaurants. Für ein paar Sightseeing-Tage in der Stadt ist die Wohnung genau richtig und sehr zu empfehlen.

May 2024Nos encantó el alojamiento. todo muy nuevo, moderno, limpio y con todas las prestaciones que puedas necesitar. Gianluca y Vanessa muy amables y atentos en todo momento a cualquier pregunta o cambio de planes. Si volvemos a canarias repetiremos seguro.

April 2024El apartamento estaba muy limpio y todo muy nuevo. Habia de todo y los anfitriones fueron siempre muy utiles y amables. Además tenia muy buena vista.
