March 2026We stayed here with my daughter and mother, and all 3 generations loved the property. We watched the sunset from the roof terrace, enjoyed private sunbathing and ate in a lot to enjoy the space. Very clean, very comfortable with Grt access to papagaya beach. Caterina was always prompt responding, and allowed us free late check out. We’ll be back for sure.

March 2026Such a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. It’s within walking distance of local amenities and only a 5-minute drive to Playa Blanca town centre. The villa itself is modern, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into the design and overall atmosphere. It was perfect for us as parents to unwind, while also being great fun for our child. We felt completely at home throughout our stay. Caterina was a wonderful host, she was responsive, helpful, and very flexible when we needed to make changes. I’ve already recommended this villa to family and friends, and we’ll definitely be returning.

March 2026La location était de très bon niveau elle correspondait à l'idée qu'on s'en faisait , j'avais juste pensé que la piscine était plus grande . Caterina était aux petits soins ! La location est très confortable , elle est bien placée , à la fois au calme et en même temps accessible à pied pour ce qui est des commerces , restaurants et plages . Donc, je recommande chaudement sa location !

March 2026Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien située, proche des commodités et dans un environnement agréable. Elle est parfaitement équipée, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour en famille, et les trois chambres sont très appréciables. La communication a toujours été fluide et réactive. Caterina a été formidable du début à la fin, disponible et attentive, ce qui est vraiment rassurant. Seul petit bémol indépendant de leur volonté : la veille de notre départ, une tempête de sable assez exceptionnelle a provoqué une coupure d’électricité pendant la nuit et la matinée suivante. Le sable s’infiltrait aussi dans la maison malgré les fenêtres fermées. Mais il s’agit clairement d’un aléa climatique ponctuel. En résumé, une très belle expérience et une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

January 2026We were more than happy with our stay. The house was so clean, very spacious and so peaceful. Caterina was the perfect host so accommodating, friendly, helpful and really quick at responding to us anytime we contacted her. The heated pool was amazing, the kids never wanted to leave. There are so many different outdoor spaces to lounge. Kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry room was so useful. We already want to return!

December 2025Casa Menta was ideaal voor ons gezin van 4. Tegen een toeslag van 15€/nacht werd het zwembad ook verwarmd en dat was in de winter zeker geen overbodige luxe. Op die manier hebben de kinderen elke dag ten volle van het zwembad kunnen genieten. Communicatie met Caterina verliep vlot, het huis en de aangeboden diensten zijn exact zoals geadverteerd. Proper, ruim, voorzien van alle comfort en basisbenodigdheden. Het hoekperceel bood heel veel ruimte om buiten te spelen, relaxen en te eten én ook genoeg privacy. De villa is gelegen in een rustige buurt, maar stranden, winkels en restaurants zijn snel en vlot bereikbaar. De ideale uitvalsbasis in Playa Blanca!

November 2025Veldig fint hus med fantastiske uteområder. Vi var en familie med barn og voksne, perfekt med fler etasjer og fler soner man kan benytte. Vi hadde oppvarmet basseng som gjorde at vi badet hver dag til tross for at det var november.

October 2025We had no issues with this villa. Caterina was easily contacted and responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and there were some basic cooking ingredients provided. There were dishwasher tablets and all kinds of things that would be required but not necessarily bought by a weekly type client. Being out of town made it peaceful but unless you were prepared to either walk or pay for taxis a car is a must. There is a very adequate space provided for a car. The villa is secure and alarmed. Thank you and would definitely come again.

September 2025Caterina was a brilliant host who was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location is set away from the main part of Playa Blanca but is close enough to still enjoy. The local taxi service is easy enough to use which meant getting to restaurants/bars was quite easy (unless they were busy and you may have a wait which is fine). There is a local supermarket a 5 minute downhill walk and and Aldi 10 minute drive away which is helpful. We would definitely stay at the villa again and thought value for money was good. Thank you

September 2025Amazing stay at Casamenta! Caterina is a lovely host and very welcoming. We stayed as a family of 5 and had plenty of room for everyone. Shops are a lovely 10-12 min walk away. With Papagayo beach nearby. This will now be our family vacation spot when we visit Lanzarote 10/10

August 2025The villa was spotless and exactly as described in the listing (if not even better). Caterina was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Check-in was smooth and easy. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute drive to everything—and situated in a lovely gated complex. All appliances felt brand new, and it’s clear the villa is very well maintained and looked after. The swimming pool was fantastic and perfectly clean, and the whole area felt quiet and safe. The bathrooms were squeaky clean, bed sheets and towels were freshly laundered, and as people who are usually very particular about cleanliness, we couldn’t fault a single thing. We had a wonderful vacation here and really enjoyed our time. Highly recommended!

August 2025We had brilliant week in Caterina’s villa. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The villa was beautiful and clean, it had everything we needed. The outside space was perfect with the added bonus of access to the bigger communal pool. A very relaxing, wonderful space.

July 2025Caterina’s place was a really great find. It had everything we wanted and was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean with great amenities. The outdoor space was a wonderful place to sit and relax with the family whilst the children enjoyed the lovely pool. It’s situated in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood well within reach of Playa Blanca which is a short taxi ride away. Caterina was responsive and friendly and went out of her way to assist us. I highly recommend her beautiful property, we most certainly will be back.

July 2025We loved our stay at Caterinas beautiful villa, it is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals at home, essential’s like oil, salt, pepper etc left for our use, so great not having to buy these little things. The beds are very comfortable and good air conditioning in the main room. The outside space is fabulous, very big garden with a great view. You can walk easily to the local supermarket, wine bar, pizza place, and a short drive to the marina and fabulous local beaches. We would absolutely return to this villa and Caterina is a great host :)

March 2025Great stay at Casa Menta, great location not too far from the coast which was a nice walk or a short drive. The outside space at this villa really makes it special with lots of room and places to relax. The villa was well equipped and suited us perfectly for a great week spent in Playa Blanca!

February 2025We had an amazing stay, the house is lovely, modern and brand new. A good size for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything we needed was available in the house as well as in the garden. Caterina was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. For an additional charge the pool can be heated to 28C. which is great for swimming in February. The location is quiet and convenient for exploring the island and 5 minutes drive to Playa Blanca beach and town. We specifically liked the fact that small amenities such as shower gel, dishwasher soap and salt/pepper were available so we didn’t have to buy these and we preferred this house over the others in the community because it has a larger garden which was nice for the kids to enjoy. We would definitely recommend and return in the future.

We remarked on lack of mirrors in the bedrooms, and some were provided same day. Caterina was very pleasant, helpful and responsive. Would recommend for a stay near Playa Blanca.

February 2025Vi bodde en månad i detta huset och trivdes jättebra. Huset har allt man behöver för en lång vistelse och Caterina hjälpte oss med allt vi frågade om. Vi var två barnfamiljer som reste ner och det var väldigt enkelt att ta sig fram med barnvagn i hela staden. 10/10 på hela resan

December 2024Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. Une arrivée très simple avec les explications précises de Caterina. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. La maison se trouve à 5 mn en voiture de la Marina avec beaucoup de possibilités en terme de restauration ou pour boire un verre. Mais aussi à 10mn du centre-ville de Playa Blanca. Tout près également des plages de Papagayo avec la possibilité d’y aller à pied en 30m environ. À conseiller vivement.

November 2024Sehr schönes, modernes Haus mit allem, was man braucht! Super sauber. Schöne Strände sind innerhalb von kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Restaurants kann man fußläufig erreichen. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt. Die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich. Es gibt auch einen großen Gemeinschaftspool, in dem man seine Bahnen schwimmen kann. Zusätzlich gibt es im eigenen Garten einen beheizbaren privaten Pool. Die Küche und Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Den Grill im Garten benutzten wir auch häufig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

October 2024We had a fantastic stay here! The villa is wonderful and in the perfect location - it's in a quiet and peaceful place (you could barely hear any noise and the roads are very quiet) but only a 2 minute drive to a supermarket (also walkable) and a 3 minute drive to the marina which has loads of bars and restaurants for eating out which was really useful. The villa was exactly as the pictures show and was lovely - it was very clean, modern, comfortable and had everything you would need in the kitchen, a great BBQ and a heated pool and big outside area which was such a bonus. Caterina was extremely responsive and gave very clear instructions for arrival and departure. There is also a bigger communal pool for the villas which was quiet and brilliant for the days that you might want a longer swim. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lanzarote and we'd definitely come back!

October 2024What a fantastic place to spend your holidays, Caterinas home is Beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, fanstatsic views surrounding the property and with every amentity described was there and more! As a host you couldnt ask for better, she was very responsive and very helpful with everthing we asked about and the place was perfectly described. Her place is also within walking distance of a supermarket which also has a few local bar/restaurants there too. As whole we had an amazing holiday with the villa and will certainly be back for sure next year hopefully! Thank you Caterina for a lovely place to stay ❤️
