Enjoy sunsets from the porch, relax in this haven of tranquility just 25 minutes from Madrid and 10 minutes from Parque Warner, an ideal plan for children. A unique place to disconnect, with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. If you feel like it, dive into the famous mountain bike trails of the region.
This is a modern and cozy 50 m2 open-plan cabin with four individual 90-cm beds that can be joined to form two Queen-Size beds and a sofa bed where a fifth person can sleep. The beds are visually separated two by two by the bathroom. The cabin also features a 43” smart TV, sofa, air conditioning, fan, a small fridge, and a table with chairs.
Stepping out of the cabin, there is a wooden deck with outdoor sofas and garden views.
In the elevated area, there is a round 6-meter-diameter pool with an outdoor shower and a toilet.
Next to the pool is a 60 m2 open and covered porch with a large wooden table and sofas to enjoy the sunset views.
The kitchen, with four gas burners and a broad set of dishes and accessories, can be accessed from the porch. Please note that there is no oven, but on the other side of the porch, there is an area with an XL gas barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the meadow.
The 400 m2 grass meadow features a large table and chairs under a tree and five spots arranged with loungers, sofas, and small tables to share or enjoy alone. From these spots, you can appreciate the views of the countryside and the mountains.
Perfect for enjoying with family, as a couple, or with friends. Also ideal for workshops and remote work.
Only guests who have booked the property may stay and use the cottage.
Guests may invite friends up to a maximum of 4 friends to enjoy the indoor and outdoor areas of the cottage.
From the fifth guest onwards, an extra charge per person will be requested for the day.
Smoking and vaping are forbidden in the cabin.
Parties and/or noise after 23:00 are not permitted.
If you need to bring a pet, please let us know so we can organise it. However, it is preferable that the pet stay outside the cottage and not climb on the bed, sofa and other furniture of the house to protect them from possible damage or stains.
The property is completely fenced but we are not responsible if the pet escapes from the enclosure.
The property is not responsible for lost or forgotten objects.

November 2024El alojamiento esta genial, es una finca grande para disfrutar en familia, nosotros la cogimos por la cercania a la Warner y la verdad que nos a encantado, la zona es tranquila y apartada de la ciudad, a 10 min de San Martin de la Vega. En verano con la piscina se tiene que estar de lujo. Volveremos si tenemos ocasión.

August 2024This place is absolutely amazing! It is even better than in the photos. The garden is huge and it allowed us to disconnect completely and relax. The sunsets over the pool are beautiful! The house is new, everything is modern. The hosts were amazing, they left us a lot of details and even board games. There is BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, extra toilet above the pool so you don’t have to go back to the house. Every corner of this place is thought through and deigned to perfection. We appreciated everything a lot and we will definitely come back. It is 25 minutes by car from Madrid capital. Thank you Gianluca for everything.
