Cosy and bright, it features a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and direct access to the outside. Ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or on an excursion.
Living-dining room
Spacious space with a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table and plenty of natural light. Perfect for relaxing, reading or sharing a meal.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with everything necessary for short or long stays: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, utensils and complete kitchenware.
Full bathroom + additional toilet
The main bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet, ideal for the comfort of 3 or 4 people.

Property rules
We want you to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, so we ask you to take into account the following rules:

Check-out: Until 11:00
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation
No parties or events are allowed
Pets are not allowed, except by prior arrangement
Occupancy and visitors
The reservation is valid only for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
It is not permitted to invite additional guests without prior authorisation.
Cleanliness and care
Please treat the flat with the same respect as you would your own home.
If any damage occurs, please report it as soon as possible so that it can be dealt with properly.
Do not leave rubbish or food waste outdoors to avoid attracting insects.
Communal swimming pool
Respect the timetables and rules for the use of the swimming pool established by the community.
It is not permitted to use the pool outside the authorised hours or to make excessive noise.
Security
Make sure you lock doors and windows when you leave the accommodation.
Do not leave the keys in the interior lock, as they could block access from the outside.
