It is a very quiet urbanisation surrounded by gardens and orange trees. The bugalow has views to the gardens and with the relaxing sound of the water from the fountains. It is very close to the pink lagoon, and 5 km. drive from the beaches of Torrevieja, La Mata and Orihuela Costa. With all the services very close as Mercadona supermarket, pharmacies, you can go walking. Also close to the spectacular shopping centre La Zenia.
Super Restaurant in the same urbanization open all year round, with homemade menus, and events every day of the week (karaoke, live music...).
It is a very quiet area, and very well communicated. It is like a small white village with lots of gardens. Nearby there is a supermarket, Mercadona, several pharmacies, hospital, etc.
Within the urbanization there is a spectacular swimming pool, for private use of residents, adapted, and the poolbar, open from 10 to 24 h., where delicious homemade food is served, at a very good price. You can also enjoy live music, Karaoke and a great atmosphere. There is no parking problem, and it is very close to the bungalow.

July 2025Hemos estado super agusto. Es tal y como se ve en las fotos. repetiremos seguro. los anfitriones muy atentos. Por poner un pero la cama de matrimonio me resultó pequeña y nos hubiera gustado algo más de espacio para la ropa. Recomendable 100%

July 2025Avec ma femme et ma fille, nous avons passé toute une semaine en vacances là-bas. Nous sommes arrivé avec le sourire et reparti avec le même sentiment. Nous y sommes aller avec nos deux chiens aussi. Les animaux sont acceptés. Et à savoir, il y a une plage canine qui se trouve à 10min en voiture, de quoi passé un bon moment. Et en cas de problème, il y a aussi un vétérinaire pas trop loin de là. La maison est fidèle au photos et elle sentait la propreté à notre entrée. Torrevieja est une station balnéaire très grande donc avec beaucoup d'activité. Et pour les gens qui ne parlent pas Espagnol, il y a là bas une grosse communauté anglaise. Alors beaucoup de gens parlent facilement anglais. C'est un détail qui a son importance je trouve. Bref, je recommande l'endroit.

September 2024Hemos estado dos semanas en el apartamento y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. No le falta detalle y estaba muy limpio. La urbanización está muy bien, bastante tranquila y con un ambiente muy familiar. Nuestras hijas se lo han pasado en grande en la piscina.
