It has 2 complete bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) and an additional toilet. Access of people not included in the reservation is not allowed, neither during the day nor at night, without prior authorisation. This is a strict rule for security and compliance with regulations.
No parties or events of any kind are allowed.
Avoid loud noises, loud music or behaviour that may disturb neighbours, especially outdoors and at night.
Take care of the furniture, appliances and decoration. They are of high quality, and we want to keep them that way for all guests.
Use water and electricity responsibly. Turn off lights and air conditioners when you leave.
Please leave the house tidy when you leave. Thorough cleaning is not required, but rubbish should be disposed of, dishes should be washed and everything should be left in order.
Please report any damage or incident as soon as possible so that it can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Use of the property for commercial activities, filming or photo shoots is not permitted without express permission.
